Introducing our Transition Ambassadors for 2026

We are incredibly proud to announce the appointment of our new Transition Ambassadors at Glan-y-Môr. These pupils didn’t simply step into the role – they applied for it, demonstrating their commitment and passion for supporting others.

We received a large number of outstanding applications, making the selection process incredibly difficult. After careful consideration, we have chosen a group of truly exceptional pupils who consistently show Resilience, Kindness, Effort and Respect.

Each ambassador is fully deserving of their position and will play a vital role in pupil leadership and supporting the transition of our new Year 7 pupils as they begin their journey with us.

Over the next week, we will be introducing each of our ambassadors – we can’t wait for you to meet them!
